A North Carolina native, David Marshall graduated from Appalachian State University. His entire career has been in the building industry, starting as a builder's assistant and becoming a Superintendent to Projects Manager, and eventually starting his own company. This "learning from the ground" up approach is very beneficial to customers.

David's philosophy that the client comes first is proven in his reputation. Client's agree that he is a no nonsense builder that explains the pros and cons, financial benefits and perils in all aspects of the project. David explains the procedures and insures the client is informed at all stages of the venture.
